BaF3(小鼠原 B 細(xì)胞)的生長(zhǎng)和增殖需要 IL-3 的維持。通過引入各種表達(dá)激酶的基因, 能作為 BaF3 的驅(qū)動(dòng)基因,讓 BaF3 不再依賴 IL-3 而增殖,進(jìn)而激酶基因成為 BaF3 增殖依 賴的驅(qū)動(dòng)基因,用于評(píng)估小分子藥物對(duì)激酶的靶向抑制作用,原理及流程見下圖所示。
