I. Background | |
CX3C 基序趨化因子受體 1 (CX3CR1),也稱為分形因子受體或 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體 13 (GPR13),是 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體 1 (GPCR1) 家族的跨膜蛋白,也是 CX3C 趨化因子受體亞 家族中唯一已知的成員。它是一種高度選擇性的表面受體,通常在單核細(xì)胞、CD4 T 細(xì)胞、 CD8 T 細(xì)胞、NK 細(xì)胞和 γδ 細(xì)胞上表達(dá)。CX3CL1 是一種獨(dú)特的趨化因子,可與其唯一受 體 CX3CR1 結(jié)合。 CX3CR1-CX3CL1 細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號級聯(lián)負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞活性,使其達(dá)到更高的活性狀態(tài),如 存活、遷移和增殖等。 |
