II. Description | |
CCR8 β-Arrestin CHO 報告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內(nèi) CCR8/β-Arrestin 的信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過程,原理見下圖所示。當(dāng)缺乏配體刺激時,β-Arrestin 不與 CCR8 結(jié)合,融合β-Arrestin的熒光素酶處于失活構(gòu)象,當(dāng) CCR8 遭遇配體刺激時,融合熒光素酶報告基因的β-Arrestin被招募,使熒光素酶報告基因處于激活狀態(tài),加入其底物后發(fā)光信號增強(qiáng)。
