I. Background | |
Mer 受體酪氨酸激酶(Mer receptertyroshin kinase,Mertk)是受體酪氨酸激酶家族 TAM 成員之一,作為一種單跨膜受體可以通過結(jié)合多種配體將信號(hào)從細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)至細(xì) 胞質(zhì),調(diào)節(jié)眾多生理過程,特別是免疫和炎癥反應(yīng)、細(xì)胞凋亡和吞噬作用。Mertk 在多種 組織中表達(dá),包括巨噬細(xì)胞和視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮細(xì)胞。其作用機(jī)制涉及與磷脂酰絲氨酸(PS) 暴露的凋亡細(xì)胞結(jié)合,介導(dǎo)巨噬細(xì)胞的吞噬作用,促進(jìn)細(xì)胞凋亡的清除,同時(shí)參與調(diào)節(jié)炎 癥反應(yīng)和免疫應(yīng)答。Mertk 能促進(jìn)胃癌細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)、抑制細(xì)胞凋亡,在非小細(xì)胞肺癌、結(jié)直 腸癌和胃癌等腫瘤中高表達(dá)。 |
