TREM2是免疫球蛋白超家族的單次跨膜受體，主要表達(dá)于巨噬細(xì)胞、未成熟單核細(xì)胞 衍生的樹突狀細(xì)胞、破骨細(xì)胞和小膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞上。TREM2 包含免疫球蛋白 V 型結(jié)構(gòu)的胞外 域、跨膜域和沒有信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)基序的短胞內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)域。它通過(guò) DNAX 激活蛋白 10 和 12 （DAP10 和 DAP12）發(fā)出信號(hào)。單個(gè) TREM2 分子可以同時(shí)與 DAP10 和 DAP12 相互作 用。 |

TREM2 Effector Reporter 報(bào)告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內(nèi) TREM2 的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過(guò)程， 原理見下圖所示。
